At Orlando Pavers, we strive to exceed our customer’s expectations. We have found the keys to customer satisfaction are knowledge, planning, communication, and craftmanship. Satisfying a customer requires commitment and communication. Our process is simple - broken down into four phases: design and on-site consultation, estimate and agreement, pre-construction phase, and installation. Each phase ensures that everyone is on the same page before moving on to the next to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

Phase I: Design &
On-site Consultation
Our team will help make your vision a reality by helping you design and choose the products and materials that with elevate your vision without breaking the bank.
Phase II: Estimate & Agreement
Once you decide on the design plan, materials, mechanicals, accessories, and features, we will combine it all into a detailed estimate. Once approved, we can begin making your vision
into a reality!
Phase III:
Pre-Construction Phase
In this phase, Orlando Pavers will begin pulling permits, ordering products, and setting the install schedule based on the product and crew availability.
Phase IV: Installation
The pavers and install crew arrives to make your dream a reality! Our Project Manager and crew will meet with you to ensure you are happy with the product and design before installing.
Our Paver Quality Guarantee
Orlando Pavers provides the highest-quality products and installs these products in conformance with our installation quality specifications. We are confident that you will be delighted with our craftmanship. Once your project is complete, our Project Manager will do a final walk through with you to ensure everything is to your liking. If upon completion of the work, the craftmanship of the installation fails to conform to our quality specifications, Orlando Pavers will repair or replace the products at our own expense.
